In meditation, I touched the space of divine love and received this message:
Love heals. In the space of love all is possible. It’s ever expanding, freedom, peace, joy, abundance. It’s fulfilling, and anything less than love, such as lack, loneliness or sadness releases. Those were passing feelings, impermanent. Love is permanent- it’s a consciousness, an energy. Love heals beyond the wound. It heals the cause.
Sometimes it can feel like we’re at the whim of the world, which may feel very unstable or heavy. But maybe you're feeling the feelings of the world or of others, and not even your own. You can connect with your heart and ask, how do I really feel? And If you don’t feel how you want to feel, you can change it!
You can create a new feeling inside of you so you start vibrating that feeling out into the world. Then experiences and people that match that vibration will start showing up in your life, and the ones that don't will vibrate out. That’s how energy works.
Here’s a simple exercise to connect with your heart:
Close your eyes- breathe- put your hand on your heart and ask, how do I feel? Whatever the feeling or answer you get, let it be. If it’s how you want to feel, be grateful and continue to breathe into that feeling. If you want to feel something else, such as joy, say, I ask to feel joy now, and breathe it in, and breathe out anything that’s not joy. I ask for joy to fill my heart now. Feel that joy expanding in your heart and flooding your entire body, breathing out anything that's not. Sit with Joy and breathe. Smile. And say thank you.
You can say whatever you want to feel- healthy, rich, loved, peace, and practice feeling the feeling you want to experience in your life.
Connecting with your heart and evoking love or a positive feeling will help the negative feelings move through and release, which supports your healing physically, mentally and emotionally. You might feel release with tears or a memory but just keep breathing, letting go and letting love in!
